What about customs?

We have very few issues with customs with 99% of our orders getting through just fine but where we do encounter an issue we always refund or reship your order.

Sometimes international orders can take a little longer than expected so we may ask to give your order time before we refund/reship in case it's still on it's way with you.

All orders shipped to the US are currently subjecy to 15% Tarrifs comprised of a 10% reciprocal tarrif and 5% product specific tarrif. We collect these tarrifs at checkout so you do not need to pay extra or take additional steps to recieve your order once we have collected your payment at checkout,
